As a volunteer at the Frank and Shirey Dick Family YMCA, you will play an essential role in supporting a wide range of activities designed to engage, educate, and entertain children, teens, and families. Volunteers assist in the preparation, execution, and cleanup of events, as well as interact with participants, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. Responsibilities may include setting up materials, leading or supporting activities, monitoring safety, assisting with registration, and offering general support to YMCA staff.

Ensure Safe and Positive Experiences; maintain a safe, nurturing environment by adhering to safety protocols and monitoring participants' well-being throughout the event. Support YMCA Values; promote the YMCA's core values, ensuring that programs align with the organization's mission. Expand Volunteer and Participant Impact; encourage volunteer collaboration and community outreach, increasing the number of families and youth served by the YMCA programs.
